Once you have completed The Challenge you will enter the Wellness Club. The aim of the Wellness Club is to continue to build on and reinforce the strategies you learned during the first part of the programme. It will also provide an opportunity to review the successes and difficulties experienced in the previous weeks.
Having gained confidence in the first part of the programme, you will be encouraged to take ownership of your weight loss journey. However, you will still have access to help, support and advice from our team of experts.
You will continue working in your group, building on friendships and relationships. Groups will meet on a monthly basis with their weight loss coach and will have the flexibility to adapt sessions to suit their needs. In addition, you will have access to a fortnightly ‘drop-in-surgery’ for a 15 minute individual appointment.
The fortnightly booked telephone consultations with a psychologist will be ongoing during this phase.
At the end of the programme, not only will you have lost weight but you will think, feel and look different. Our unique programme motivates and empowers and will provide you with the skills, knowledge and support to enable you to manage your weight loss going forward.
